Gradient AI seeks a Senior Client Executive to join the Client Services team. You will manage the post-sale lifecycle for health insurance clients, from implementation to ongoing engagement, ensuring value and ROI from our AI-driven analytics platform.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to align client objectives with product capabilities, maintaining accountability for seamless deployment and continued success.

Formación

• 5+ years in post-sale client relations or account management.
• Experience with health insurance clients and underwriting is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage implementations and ongoing engagements.
• Proficient in CRM usage and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary post-sale contact and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Lead post-sale implementation by defining needs and ROI metrics.
• Analyze client dashboards to ensure usability and insights.
• Document all project phases and maintain engagement records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering weekly.
