Job summary

Gradient AI, a health-focused AI SaaS startup, is seeking an experienced program coordinator to own project and case management for health underwriting products.

You will manage client portfolios from implementation through ongoing service, drive cross-functional coordination with Product, Data Science, and Engineering, and build scalable reporting for leadership.
