Gradient AI, a growing health underwriting SaaS company, is hiring a Program Operations Specialist in the United States. You will own project and case management across health underwriting products from intake to end-to-end tracking, ensuring proactive, data-driven operations.

You will partner with Product, Data Science, Data Engineering, Implementation, QA, and Client Executives to drive progress, resolve blockers, and build scalable reporting and automation using Salesforce, Jira, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in service delivery, implementation management, or project coordination.
• Experience at a software or SaaS company; insurance domain is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Excel, and Salesforce with reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Responsabilités

• Own project and case management across health underwriting products from intake to end-to-end tracking.
• Maintain a centralized view of status, timelines, dependencies, risks, and priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Data Engineering, Implementation, QA, and Client Executives to drive progress and unblock blockers.
• Drive process improvements and automation to streamline workflows using Salesforce, Jira, and spreadsheets.
• Build data-driven reporting on ticket volume, aging, bottlenecks, and workload for leadership visibility.
