Job summary

Standard Bots is seeking a Program Manager to own the full lifecycle of hardware products—from concept through manufacturing ramp, launch, and field stabilization. You’ll coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and GTM, ensuring adherence to schedule, scope, and quality while guiding leadership decisions.

You’ll report to the VP of Operations and work with the executive team on program health, risk, and budget.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in technical program management, owning hardware product lifecycles end-to-end.
• Ability to lead across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and GTM functions.
• Strong communication skills for executive reviews and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of hardware products from concept to field stabilization.
• Maintain an integrated program plan across hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and manage a live risk register to keep plans on track.
• Prepare and deliver regular executive-level program reviews.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation with clear owners and timelines.
