Job summary

Mind Robotics is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Palo Alto to lead hardware development and manage complex programs. The role requires a strong background in engineering and substantial experience in technical program management for hardware products.

The candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of components. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in managing hardware product programs.
• Proven success in shipping products from concept to mass production.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware development schedule from architecture to production.
• Create and maintain program plans and Gantt charts.
• Monitor key program metrics and communicate status to leadership.
• Identify technical and supply chain risks early.
• Coordinate across teams for design milestones and integration.
• Partner with supply chain for timely deliveries.
• Drive design reviews and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Support Design Validation Testing planning and execution.
