Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own planning and execution of complex robotics development programs. You will coordinate hardware and software across teams in Boston, Vancouver, and London to deliver integrated humanoid platforms.

This role requires strong systems thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive alignment with executive stakeholders. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk while advancing real-world robotics at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of post-graduate experience leading hardware new product development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in robotics or engineering.
• Technical background in developing complex hardware–software systems.
• Experience in highly cross-functional engineering environments.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end planning and execution of a portfolio of robotics projects.
• Coordinate across Systems, Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Software, AI/ML, and more.
• Track progress end-to-end and proactively mitigate risks and blockers.
• Manage stakeholders with clear, tailored program communications across time zones.
• Bring strategic judgment and drive execution while maintaining program health.
