P2P.org is a fully remote, contractor-based marketing team pushing the boundaries of decentralized finance globally. The role emphasizes end-to-end campaign ownership, from planning to execution, with opportunities to lead contractors and cross-functional partners.

We prioritize measurable results, strong English communication, and the ability to navigate fast-moving product launches across networks and yield products. Remote-first with competitive compensation and learning support.

Qualifications

• Strong execution skills in marketing campaigns with verifiable results.
• Minimum 4 years of substantive marketing experience with B2B initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience managing contractors or agencies and leading small teams.
• Solid understanding of tracking, segmentation, positioning, messaging and funnels.
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign and CRM data and understand attribution.
• Regular use of LLMs in marketing tasks with good judgment.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Turn marketing priorities into plans with budgets, timelines and success metrics.
• Own execution and personally run campaigns across channels using automation.
• Manage contractors and internal contributors: set priorities, briefs, review work.
• Coordinate with Product and Sales to clarify requirements and resolve blockers.
• Track spend, lead quality and pipeline contribution; recommend improvements.
• Identify needs for specialist contractors and manage delivery.
