Job summary

DEPT® seeks an experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth by leading strategic workstreams within pitches, articulating core solutions, and managing mid-sized deals. You will focus on selling branding, experience design, media management, data solutions, ecommerce, AI transformation, product innovation, and integration across multiple verticals.

The role requires a curious, commercially minded individual with strong cross-functional leadership abilities and the capacity to develop

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency sales, growth, or client services experience.
• Experience selling agency services across a range of industries.
• Experience managing net-new pitch processes and content for proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage net-new pitch process, including timelines and briefings.
• Craft detailed responses for net-new pitches (RFIs, procurement).
• Improve the business development process, including qualification and win strategies.
• Manage client communications positioning DEPT® as a strategic partner.
• Collaborate with marketing to bring DEPT®’s positioning to life through case studies and thought leadership.
