Digital Third Coast is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales & Growth to drive new-business revenue and build a stronger, more consistent sales pipeline. You’ll lead sales conversations, manage opportunities from first call to close, and create new pipeline through referral and partner relationships, networking, and re-engaging past prospects.

Senior role reporting to the CEO, collaborating with marketing, SEO, and paid media teams.

Formación

• 2+ years of B2B sales or search marketing experience.
• Demonstrated B2B sales ability, ideally selling services, solutions, or other consultative offerings.
• Comfort carrying a sales quota.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• A self-starter's instinct for creating opportunities rather than relying on inbound demand.

Responsabilidades

• Sell new business: carry a defined sales quota and close new opportunities.
• Manage your pipeline in CRM with clear stages, values, and next steps.
• Generate new opportunities through referrals, partnerships, and networking events.
• Build partnerships and support vertical growth with agencies and technology providers.
• Work closely with marketing to share prospect feedback and optimize channels.
• Identify expansion opportunities and discuss expanded services with clients.
