Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, integrated strategy, brand strategy, media strategy/planning, or growth strategy within an agency or client-side environment.
Experience guiding annual planning, strategic roadmapping, and growth discussions with clients.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic direction on high-impact client engagements.
Contribute to annual and quarterly planning cycles by developing growth roadmaps tied to measurable outcomes.
Own the development of strategy briefs that define business objectives and growth priorities.
Lead development of audience insights, competitive analysis, and market intelligence.
Define channel mix, sequencing, and investment logic to support growth objectives.
Establish measurement frameworks and help teams interpret performance signals.
Lead strategic narratives for Quarterly Business Reviews and planning discussions.
Serve as a strategic partner for client stakeholders.
