Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex GE Digital Grid software implementations across APAC, coordinating cross-functional teams, partners, and customers. You will define scope, timelines, and budgets per SoW, drive PM processes, and resolve roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 15+ years in large-scale software projects, strong stakeholder management, and extensive Philippines networks; travel 5-20% domestic/international as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering & IT from a recognized university.
• Extensive local Philippines network.
• 15+ years of experience in complex customer implementation project management.
• Experience with large scale software projects (ADMS, SCADA, EGIS, ERP, CRM or SAP).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum execution; Scrum Master desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery leadership for complex GE Digital Grid software projects at APAC customer sites.
• Lead a diverse, global project team including internal resources and partners.
• Define and execute project scope, timeline, and budget based on SoW.
• Ensure predefined PM processes are followed and drive improvements.
• Manage project risks, changes, and interdependencies.
• Monitor budget, resources, and on-time delivery of quality solutions.
