The role leads complex negotiations, risk reviews, and coordination with Legal, Finance, and Security to ensure compliant, executable agreements and successful deal closures. The position involves cross-functional leadership, contract strategy, and standardized processes to reduce cycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of government contracts, contract management, and bid development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of FAR/DFARS, CMMC/NIST, and government acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, interpretation, and negotiation of U.S. Government contract requirements.
• Manage RAM process and risk reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contract templates to reduce cycle times.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Tax, EHS, and Security for high-stakes proposals.
• Advise sales/tendering teams on contract structures to maximize margin and limit liability.
