  • Risk Mitigation & Contract Strategy: Lead the negotiation and redlining of complex commercial agreements (including MSAs, Teaming Agreements, MOUs, and NDAs). Analyze and mitigate legal, contractual, execution, and operational risks to ensure terms are executable and aligned with business objectives. • Strategic Commercial Support: Partner with Sales and Tendering teams to provide clear, actionable guidance on contract structures. Translate complex contractual requirements into clear business strategies to maximize margin while protecting the organization from excessive liability.
  • Operational Excellence & Change Management: Drive the development of standardized contract templates and commercial models. Challenge existing processes to reduce cycle times and costs, and conduct proposal post-mortems to refine future risk mitigation strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a key resource for the business, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring a seamless, compliant handover of signed contracts to the Order-to-Remittance (OTR) execution teams.

  • Experience with managing multiple contract negotiations simultaneously across diverse product lines, coordinating cross-functional inputs to ensure timely contractual terms review.

  • Analytical Thinking: Highly analytical mindset with a focus on attention to detail; capable of balancing business growth objectives with disciplined risk mitigation.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; demonstrated ability to influence decision-making across all levels of the organization.
  • Domain Expertise: Familiarity with Energy industry infrastructure (Grid Automation, SCADA, HMI, or Electrical Power projects) and associated cyber/physical security requirements.
  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to operate as a change agent, managing complex projects with urgency and operational rigor.
