Life Couriers seeks a seasoned Paralegal to manage US corporate governance and entity compliance in a fully remote role. You will own the central database of entities, monitor deadlines, and coordinate with registered agents, law firms, and finance teams to ensure timely filings.

You will work independently across multiple jurisdictions, maintain accurate corporate records, and implement standardized processes to support growth and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years in corporate paralegal or governance roles.
• Experience managing corporate records and multi-entity compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented.
• Remote work ability and independent work style.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel for tracking.
