Job summary

Experis Technology Group seeks a Senior Golang Developer to join the Engineering organization supporting the SCV and Vault squad. You will own secure integrations and build Vault-based capabilities to replace features currently in use, ensuring reliable, secure credential handling.

As part of a security-first team, you will contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies while delivering compliant, scalable software in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Golang experience.
• Strong object-oriented programming concepts for robust, scalable software design.
• Strong hands-on HashiCorp Vault experience, including authentication backends, secret engines, and plugin development.
• Experience with at least one public cloud provider: Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, develop, test, support, and enhance applications and services used by the credential platform.
• Build HashiCorp Vault capabilities that replace features currently supported by SCV.
• Develop new integrations and plugins and onboard tools into the Morgan Stanley ecosystem.
• Support non-human credential storage in a manner compliant with relevant IAM policy.
• Perform development, engineering, operational, automation, and DevOps tasks while following architectural standards and product guidelines.
