Qualifications

• 7+ years building production systems with Go and/or MERN stack
• Strong backend fundamentals: concurrency, APIs, reliability
• DD(D) modeling and domain boundaries
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases
• Experience with ORMs/ODMs (GORM/Mongoose)
• Frontend proficiency in React (TypeScript) and state management
• Daily use of AI coding tools with disciplined verification

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features across Go/Node.js backends and React frontend
• AI-assisted development using tools like Cursor/Copilot
• Design backend services using domain-driven design patterns
• Implement data models and migrations in PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Build and maintain REST APIs and webhooks/workflows
• Develop frontend flows in React (TypeScript) for dashboards and admin UIs
• Ensure observability with logging, metrics, tracing, and errors handling
• Contribute to security: RBAC, least privilege, secrets handling
• Own quality: tests, CI pipelines
