Job summary

The Vault is seeking a Go Developer to join our engineering division of a financial group. You will build backend services, microservices and a BFF for web and mobile clients, and integrate with brokerage and payment systems.

You’ll work in a small cross-functional team (PO, DevOps, QA, designer, backend and frontend) where every engineer influences architecture and product. The team uses Russian as the working language, with English sufficient to read documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial Go development experience.
• Solid knowledge of the standard library, concurrency, and network stacks.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes at the developer level.
• Familiarity with distributed systems concepts such as idempotency and retries.
• Experience with financial data security and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve backend services in Go (microservices, BFF for mobile and web clients).
• Design integrations with external financial APIs (brokerage and payment providers).
• Work with event-driven architecture on Kafka and ClickHouse.
• Participate in design, write tech designs, and conduct code reviews.
• Ensure service reliability and observability: metrics, logs, alerts, incident reviews.
• Collaborate on security and regulatory compliance for financial data.
