Job summary

Quince is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Jewelry) to own cost structures, drive savings, and secure supply continuity for high‑quality, low‑cost products.

Reporting to Head of Procurement, the role blends commodity costing, clean sheet analysis, and supplier negotiation across T1/T2 partners. You will collaborate with merchandising, technology, and materials teams to embed procurement playbooks, achieve should-costing targets, and build scalable sourcing strategies that support

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a consumer goods or retail environment.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial roadmap and vendor distribution strategy for assigned categories to improve margins as Quince scales.
• Consistently deliver exceptional product cost without sacrificing product quality or ESG considerations, including Procurement.
• Partner with the technology team to embed procurement capabilities and playbooks into Vendor Portal and Product Catalog tools.
• Identify and deliver 700 bps product cost reductions over the next 12 months.
• Lead RFPs: structure and run competitive bidding to secure optimal cost and terms with manufacturers.
• Deliver cost savings through rigorous negotiations and establish repeatable frameworks for long-term category maturity.
