Job summary

Quince is seeking an exceptional Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Jewelry) to own cost structures and savings.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in commodity costing, clean sheet, manufacturing excellence & efficiency to craft a competitive costing environment where major suppliers are challenged to provide transparent pricing. Success means achieving near-should-costing, securing supply continuity, and shaping the global sourcing strategy

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in global procurement or supply chain management.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international partners.
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial roadmap and vendor distribution strategy to improve margins.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes with manufacturing partners and negotiate terms.
• Create and use clean sheets to drive pricing transparency and optimizations.
• Collaborate with material sourcing to ensure competitive pricing and supply continuity.
• Identify value creation opportunities and potential verticalization in materials sourcing.
