Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications leveraging AI, cloud platforms, GIS, and DevSecOps practices. You will work across geospatial and enterprise data platforms to advance geocoding, data matching, and cross-platform alignment.

You will partner with product and business teams to translate needs into technical requirements, lead medium projects with manageable risk, and mentor engineers while applying

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with full stack expertise (frontend React and backend C#, .NET).
• Geospatial: GIS data processing, mapping libraries, spatial databases, and location-based services.
• Geocoding & matching: experience with geocoding frameworks or record matching at scale.
• Data integration: defining data contracts and integration patterns across platforms; relational and NoSQL databases.
• AI/ML: integrating AI capabilities and familiarity with LLMs and API integration.

Responsibilities

• Design & Delivery Independently design and implement complex geospatial data pipelines, geocoding/matching services, and interfaces with testing, monitoring, and data-quality validation built in.
• Solve medium to high complexity problems by reconciling records across systems with differing identifiers and data models.
• Lead and mentor engineers; apply AI tooling to improve products and development practices.
