Job summary

Geolava is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build and scale spatial intelligence products. You’ll operate across the full stack, leading the design and delivery of features end‑to‑end while helping shape how the product evolves.

This role sits with a high‑autonomy founder team, owning complex systems and defining engineering standards as Geolava grows. Expect collaboration across frontend (TS/React/Next.js), backend (Python/Node.js/PGSQL), and cloud infra.

Qualifications

• 5+ years writing production‑quality code across the stack.
• Fluent across frontend (TS/React/Next.js) and backend (Python/Node.js/PGSQL).
• Ability to own end‑to‑end features with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication of tradeoffs to cross‑functional partners.
• Experience with AI tooling and scalable systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable fullstack systems for enterprise and government customers.
• Develop APIs and agent workflows, and robust data models connected to UI.
• Own end‑to‑end feature development from design to deployment and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to refine scope and drive delivery.
• Work with researchers and engineers to embed reliability and guardrails in prod.
