Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and maintain scalable full-stack applications focused on geospatial data, AI integration, and cloud-based DevSecOps practices. You will collaborate across geospatial and enterprise data platforms to deliver geocoding, matching, and data alignment services.

The role emphasizes independent problem solving, leadership in medium-scale projects, and mentoring engineers while applying AI to improve products and development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, geography/GIS, or related field; equivalent practical experience considered
• 5+ years of professional software engineering with full stack expertise (frontend React, backend C#, .NET)
• Geospatial: GIS data processing, mapping libraries, spatial databases, location-based services
• Geocoding & matching: experience with geocoding frameworks or record matching at scale
• Data integration: defining data contracts, identifiers, and integration across platforms; relational and NoSQL databases
• AI/ML: integrating AI capabilities; familiarity with LLMs and API integration
• Cloud & DevSecOps: major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, automated testing
• Ability to work independently on complex problems and align across teams without formal authority

Responsibilities

• Independently design and implement complex geospatial data pipelines, geocoding and matching services, with built-in testing, monitoring, and data-quality validation
• Resolve medium to high complexity data reconciliation across systems with differing identifiers and data models
• Apply AI and automation to improve products and development practices
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Build shared capabilities and data contracts serving multiple platforms and teams
• Lead medium projects with manageable risks and provide mentorship and knowledge sharing across teams
