Job summary

JLL in the United States seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, test, and maintain robust full-stack applications leveraging AI, cloud platforms, GIS, and DevSecOps practices across our geospatial and enterprise data platforms.

You will tackle geocoding, data matching, and cross-platform data alignment, collaborating with product teams and mentoring engineers, while delivering scalable solutions that serve multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full stack expertise (frontend React, backend C#, .NET)
• Geospatial: GIS data processing, mapping libraries and platforms, spatial databases, location-based services
• Geocoding & matching: experience with geocoding frameworks or record matching at scale
• Data integration: defining data contracts, mappings, integration patterns across platforms
• AI/ML: integrating AI capabilities; familiarity with LLMs and AI coding tools
• Cloud & DevSecOps: major cloud platform and CI/CD/testing practices

Responsibilities

• Independently design and implement complex geospatial data pipelines and geocoding/matching services
• Resolve cross-system data alignment with varying identifiers and models
• Apply AI/automation to improve products and development practices
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate needs into technical requirements
• Lead medium projects; mentor engineers and share knowledge
• Communicate effectively to build consensus across platform teams and stakeholders
