Job summary

JLL is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build scalable full-stack applications with a focus on geospatial data, geocoding, and data alignment. You will work across GIS and enterprise data platforms, applying AI and automation to improve products and delivery.

You will influence solution decisions with product teams, lead medium projects, and mentor colleagues while operating in a cloud-first environment with DevSecOps practices. This role supports multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with full stack expertise (frontend and backend).
• Geospatial or GIS experience plus geocoding/matching at scale is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms and AI-enabled development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement geospatial data pipelines and geocoding/matching services with tests and data-quality checks.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Lead projects, mentor engineers, and share knowledge across platform teams.
• Apply AI and automation to improve products and development practices.
