Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to own the architecture and delivery of our next-generation CMMS platform.

You will lead full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and data integration across Esri ArcGIS, ERP systems, SharePoint, and SSO in a remote-first team. The role requires 8+ years in software engineering with technical leadership, strong backend skills (Python, PostgreSQL), and experience using AI coding agents.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership or end-to-end ownership of a production system.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of the CMMS platform and inter-layer contracts (APIs, events, data model).
• Deliver production code across the full-stack and supervise engineering quality.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines, environments, and zero-downtime deployments.
