Job summary

RevStar is seeking an experienced Game Design Subject Matter Expert (Visual & Systems) to evolve modular, scalable frameworks from existing engines and templates. You will establish visual standards, document specifications, and collaborate with engineering and art teams to deliver configurable content for interactive learning modules.

This is a remote, full-time W2 role with a strong growth path and cross-functional collaboration across a global team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional game design experience focusing on visual design systems, UI/UX, or graphics template evolution.
• Experience architecting or modularizing visual game assets, templates, or UI frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of visual communication, asset pipelines, integration workflows, and user-centric design.
• Ability to work autonomously and provide high-level technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Audit assets and UI systems to architect reusable, modular graphics templates.
• Architect intuitive gameplay loops, progression frameworks, and UI/UX standards.
• Act as SME during client scoping and produce documentation and configuration parameters.
