Job summary

RevStar Consulting Inc. seeks a Game Design Subject Matter Expert to evolve interactive learning modules and graphics systems. You will transform engines and visual templates into modular, configurable frameworks with clear visual standards.

You will work with engineering and art teams to document UI/UX patterns, asset pipelines, and technical specifications for scalable content, while maintaining autonomy and high production quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional game design experience, with focus on visual design systems, UI/UX, or graphics template evolution.
• History of architecting or modularizing visual game assets, templates, or UI framework systems.
• Deep technical expertise in visual communication, asset pipelines, integration workflows, and user-centric design.
• Ability to work autonomously, providing high-level technical direction in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Graphics & Systems Template Abstraction: audit assets, UI systems, and layouts to architect reusable, modular templates.
• Visual & Mechanical Design Integration: define gameplay loops, progression, feedback, and reward structures.
• Technical Strategy & Documentation: act as SME during scoping, reviews, and produce style guides and specs.
