Job summary

RevStar is seeking a Game Design Subject Matter Expert (Visual & Systems) to evolve interactive learning modules and graphics systems. You will transform engines and templates into modular, scalable frameworks and establish visual standards for content creation.

Collaborating with engineering and art teams, you will document specifications for asset pipelines and drive production quality. The role requires autonomy and strong expertise in visual communication for learners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional game design experience, focusing on visual design systems, UI/UX, or graphics template evolution.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing game assets, UI systems, and visual layouts to architect reusable, modular graphics templates.
• Abstract visual components and core gameplay mechanics into configurable parameters for non-technical content creators.
• Consult with engineering and art teams to define specifications for scalable asset and content pipeline tooling.
• Architect intuitive gameplay loops, progression frameworks, visual feedback loops, and reward structures for interactive modules.
• Establish and document comprehensive UI/UX standards, visual design patterns, and aesthetic consistency benchmarks across all game templates.
• Translate complex subject matter into clear visual communication frameworks.
