Job summary

You will capture business needs from stakeholders, document them in ALM tools, manage the backlog, and collaborate with IT, business users, and leadership to ensure traceability, acceptance criteria, and successful sprint outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong background in software development and SAFe/Agile.
• Excellent oral and written communication for technical topics.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting independent research to resolve complex questions.
• Advanced experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Experience with JIRA tools for requirements, testing, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Document requirements in an ALM tool and manage backlog items.
• Perform Agile requirement management for a product team.
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to document and validate requirements.
• Manage risks, issues, and project scope changes.
• Produce project documents and deliverables for clients.
