Qualifications

• Must have strong background in software development and SAFe
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication with customers and management
• Attention to detail, customer service and problem solving
• Experience conducting independent research to resolve complex questions
• Advanced experience with MS Office, including Excel
• Excellent analytical skills, integrating information from multiple sources
• Expertise with JIRA tools
• Experience in large, Agile software development or data integration projects

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to elaborate and document requirements in an ALM tool
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool
• Perform Agile requirement management activities for a product team
• Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and specifications
• Gather and document business, functional, technical, and non-technical requirements
• Elaborate user stories and decompose into backlog items with acceptance criteria
• Use an ALM tool (JIRA) for requirements management, testing, and defect management
• Track system and business requirements and validate integration
• Conduct backlog refinement sessions
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers on technical impact
• Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects
• Write and deliver project documents to the client
• Identify and manage risks and issues
• Maintain project/product backlog(s)
• Develop Change Requests and manage change control
• Facilitate configuration management for artifacts
• Traceability of requirements, test cases, risks, impediments
• Report execution status and metrics across the Agile lifecycle
• Lead and mentor junior analysts
• Build relationships with product and business owners
• Support development team to understand requirements details
• Follow Scrum and deliver requirements/specifications
• Remove impediments to complete Sprints
• Provide qualitative/quantitative information to teams and stakeholders
• Support change control processes
