Qualifications

• Strong product judgment and ability to translate vague requests into clear specs.
• Production software engineering experience across frontend and backend with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products with real users.
• Solid data fundamentals: SQL, warehouse modeling, data quality and lineage.
• Collaborative approach with non-engineers and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack products across frontend, backend, data, and AI layers.
• Enable self-service tooling for analysts and operators.
• Co-create with users and ensure safe, reviewable code and workflows.
• Design data foundations connecting business systems to dashboards and AI.
• Design for data security and enforce access controls.
• Build proactive AI guardrails and governance patterns.
