Job summary

Antora Energy is seeking a full-stack product engineer to build the software powering our business—from customer experiences to internal tools across Business Development, Operations, and R&D. You’ll shape product vision, design data models, and connect AI systems with business logic to ship reliable software in production.

This highly autonomous role offers influence over system design, with emphasis on data security, guardrails, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong product judgment and ability to translate vague requests into clear directions.
• Experience with production software engineering using Python and TypeScript across frontend and backend.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products and deploying systems used by real users.
• Solid data fundamentals including SQL, warehouse modeling, and data transformation tools (dbt preferred).
• Collaborative approach with non-engineers and stakeholders to deliver self-sufficient tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain internal and external software products across frontend, backend, data, and AI layers.
• Enable self-service by empowering analysts and operators to adapt tools without tickets.
• Co-create with users to understand workflows and deliver practical solutions.
• Establish a unified data model connecting business systems, operational data, and telemetry.
• Design for data security with strong access controls and safe AI interfaces.
• Build proactive AI guardrails to detect failures, errors, and governance issues.
• Set engineering standards across Antora’s software ecosystem.
