Job summary

Sagility is hiring a Full-stack Developer to work remotely across the United States. You will own significant portions of the Forecast and Harvest products, shaping architecture and delivering end-to-end features with AI-enabled capabilities.

You will collaborate with AI, security, and quality teams to meet HIPAA-compliant standards and client needs. You will work independently yet with a strong engineering depth in a global healthcare services firm, ensuring high-quality releases and proactive

Qualifications

5+ years building and shipping production web applications.
Strong backend with C# / .NET and SQL.
Experience with Angular and TypeScript frontends.
Experience using AI development tools to augment coding work.
Authorized to work in the United States and able to reside in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Serve as lead developer on Forecast and Harvest with architecture and design responsibilities.
Add AI-enabled features in collaboration with AI and technology teams.
Build and ship end-to-end features from database to API to Angular frontend.
Adhere to security, compliance, and quality standards for PHI handling.
Drive code quality, testing, releases, and performance.
Support and extend existing functionality alongside new work.
Collaborate with quality, clinical, and client staff to translate requirements into software.
Own production quality and client reporting cycles.
