Job summary

Sagility is seeking a lead developer to steer the technical direction for Forecast and Harvest products used by health plans. You will own end-to-end features—from database to API to the Angular frontend—and partner with AI and technology teams to deliver AI-enabled capabilities.

You will work remotely, collaborating with Sagility's engineers, QA, and client teams to ensure high-quality software delivery and reliable production systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production web applications.
• C# / .NET server-side expertise.
• Angular with TypeScript for front-end development.
• SQL design, performance and large data handling.
• Azure platform services experience.
• Daily use of generative AI development tools with judgment.
• Proven technical ownership and end-to-end delivery.
• Remote work capability and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead development on Forecast and Harvest, covering architecture and core implementation.
• Enhance products with AI-enabled features in collaboration with AI/tech teams.
• Build and ship features end-to-end from database to API to Angular front end.
• Adhere to engineering, security, and compliance standards for PHI.
• Drive code quality, testing, releases, and performance improvements.
• Support existing functionality while delivering new work.
• Collaborate with quality, clinical, and client-facing staff to translate business needs into software.
• Own production quality and reporting cycles required by clients.
