Job summary

SentiLink is seeking an experienced fraud leader to serve as a trusted advisor to major financial institutions and other financial-services organizations. The role focuses on defining how SentiLink’s products fit into customers’ fraud strategies and operating models, translating complex fraud challenges into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in fraud, fraud risk, financial crime, identity, trust and safety, or a related field.
• Senior fraud leadership or practitioner experience within a bank, lender, payments company, fintech, or other regulated financial-services organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a fraud subject-matter expert in conversations with prospective customers.
• Build trusted relationships with fraud, risk, identity, payments, and financial-crime executives.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand customers’ fraud strategies and pain points.
• Advise prospects on incorporating SentiLink’s products into their environments.
• Translate customer needs into clear recommendations for product configuration and workflows.
• Support sales engagements, executive briefings, and workshops.
