Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, and decision support for the SPO organization. You will manage two analysts, drive base management reporting for migrations and renewals, and deliver sales analytics to inform revenue strategy.

In this remote role, you will partner with senior finance and sales leaders to ensure accurate, forward-looking insights, strengthen financial rigor, and enable growth and transformation across AI-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years in finance with planning, forecasting, and business case evaluation.
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts.
• Experience with revenue, sales, or customer analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, Essbase, Power BI, Salesforce.
• Experience in finance business partnership or related roles.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own base management reporting for migrations and renewals to highlight revenue risk.
• Deliver sales reporting and forecasting including funnel analysis and pipeline coverage.
• Support the Revenue Finance rhythm of business with monthly forecasts and annual planning.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Translate complex financial data into executive-ready insights for decision-making.
• Own and enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting for efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two analysts; partner with SPO and sales leadership.
• Act as SME for FP&A methodologies within AGT and promote best practices.
• Contribute to team engagement and talent development within FP&A.
