Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, and reporting for the Strategy, Planning & Operations group. You will manage two analysts and own base management reporting for migrations and renewals, plus revenue forecasting and decision support across the sales base.

This fully remote role requires strong finance leadership, executive storytelling, and cross-functional partnership with SPO and sales leaders to drive growth, risk mitigation, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance, with a strong background in planning, forecasting, and business case evaluation.
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts.
• Experience with revenue, sales, or customer base analytics (renewals, churn, contract term, or pipeline/funnel analysis).
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Reporting, Forecasting & Financial Analysis across SPO.
• Own base management reporting for migrations and renewals to inform renewal priorities.
• Deliver sales reporting and forecasting, including funnel analysis and pipeline coverage.
• Support monthly forecasts, annual planning, and performance reviews in line with FP&A processes.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling for SPO.
• Translate complex financial data into executive-ready insights.
