Lumen is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the Strategy, Planning & Operations organization. You will oversee two analysts, drive base management reporting and revenue forecasting, and provide strategic financial insights to senior leaders.

This remote role supports a national scope in the United States, focusing on revenue risk, renewal strategies, and finance partnership with sales leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of finance experience with planning, forecasting, and business case evaluation.
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts.
• Experience with revenue, sales, or customer analytics (renewals, churn, contract term, or pipeline).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, Essbase, Power BI, and Salesforce.
• Experience in finance business partnership or strategic initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead reporting, forecasting and financial analysis for SPO.
• Own base management reporting for migrations and renewals to highlight revenue risk.
• Deliver sales reporting, forecasting, funnel analysis, and pipeline coverage.
• Support monthly forecasts, annual planning, and performance reviews.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial models for SPO.
• Translate financial data into executive-ready insights for decision-making.
• Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting for efficiency.
