Lumen Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to drive financial planning, performance management, and decision support across the Strategy, Planning & Operations organization. You will lead a two-person team, own base and sales reporting, and provide strategic financial insights to inform renewals and growth across the U.S.

This fully remote role requires strong analytical, modeling, and leadership skills to partner with SPO and sales leadership and to translate data into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in finance, planning, forecasting and business case evaluation.
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts.
• Experience with revenue, sales, or customer base analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, Essbase, Power BI, Salesforce.
• Experience in finance business partnership or strategic initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead FP&A planning, forecasting, and performance management across SPO.
• Own base reporting for migrations and renewals, sales forecasting, and revenue risk.
• Provide budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready insights.
• Develop FP&A processes, tools, and reporting for efficiency.
• Lead a team of two analysts and partner with sales leadership.
