Job summary

Helix is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own operating expense planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will design and support NetSuite, Ramp, and HubSpot systems while enabling AI-driven insights. You will partner with budget owners and leadership to drive informed decisions and ensure GAAP compliance.

You will build scalable processes, create dashboards, and deliver actionable narratives across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• Experience designing/troubleshooting financial and operational systems (NetSuite, Ramp, HubSpot).
• AI fluency: audit AI numbers against source ledger before sharing.
• Strong analytical skills with large, complex data sets.

Responsibilities

• Own operating expense planning, reporting, and forecasting processes with budget owners.
• Design and support core business systems (NetSuite ERP, Ramp, HubSpot); ensure data integrity and scalable processes.
• Create, maintain, and enhance reporting decks and dashboards for leadership and Board presentations.
• Collaborate across departments to inform strategic decisions and drive growth.
