Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for a multi-entity SaaS business. You will own budgeting, variance analysis, and board-level storytelling, leveraging automation and AI to drive insights and efficiency across finance.

You will partner with data teams, manage the reporting layer spanning NetSuite, Salesforce, and DealHub, and build self-serve dashboards for executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical role.
• Advanced financial modeling and strong Excel/Sheets skills.
• Hands-on data skills: SQL and BI or analytics tools; ERP/CRM data familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze: build and maintain the consolidated operating model across entities and revenue streams.
• Own the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and rolling cash and P&L forecasts.
• Develop unit economics and margin analysis by revenue stream (gifting wallet, sourcing).
• Produce board, lender, and management reporting narratives with key metrics.
