Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a remote Forecasting Lead for call and back-office operations within Specialty Operations. You will manage a team delivering forecasts, capacity plans, and staffing metrics, collaborating with Operations and Finance to drive performance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, extensive experience in WFM, and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration; 7–10 years in forecasting is typical.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of forecasting experience in a large contact center or PBM/Specialty Pharmacy.
• Experience in workforce management and staffing planning.
• Strong finance fundamentals.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to collaborate across operations and finance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plan and staffing plans.
• Ensure forecasts and KPIs are accurate for all lines of business.
• Coordinate peak season staffing and new hire classes.
• Prepare quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks.
• Review forecast and capacity data with teams.
• Provide staffing information for RFP processes.
