Berkeley Research Group (BRG) seeks a highly motivated Senior Finance Manager to lead core financial management reporting, FP&A and accounting activities within our Corporate Finance practice in the Boston area. This role partners with senior leadership to drive financial insights and operational performance across professional services engagements.

The successful candidate will oversee a Senior FP&A Analyst and a billing team of 5+ professionals, manage monthly closes, budgeting, forecasting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business majors required.
• 8+ years of experience in financial management within professional services.
• Graduation from a top-tier undergraduate program / business school.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday).
• Workday Finance and Adaptive experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; strong written skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
• Manage WIP and receivables with billing and accounting teams.
• Provide actionable financial insights to leadership for decision-making.
• Drive process improvements and ERP optimization; support integrations for acquisitions.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team including FP&A and billing.
