BRG is seeking a highly motivated Senior Finance Manager to lead core financial management reporting, FP&A and accounting activities within the Corporate Finance practice.

This role oversees a Senior FP&A Analyst and a billing team of 5+ professionals, partnering with senior leadership to drive performance improvement and scalable processes in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
• Manage WIP and receivables with the billing and BRG accounting teams.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial systems and automation (Workday).
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team (Billing, FP&A).
• Provide actionable financial insights to executive leadership to support decisions.
