Job summary

Stanley Engineered Fastening (SEF) Americas is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead finance and accounting across SEF Americas as a remote employee in the United States. You will partner with operations, lead forecasts and budgets, and drive cost and cash performance while strengthening internal controls and enterprise-wide collaboration.

The role requires 7–10 years in manufacturing-related finance, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with JDE Edwards and Hyperion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, including significant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations finance.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of JDE Edwards and Hyperion (HFM) preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading across multiple sites or within a matrixed organization.
• Demonstrates an enterprise mindset and balances local site needs with broader business priorities.
• Leads change effectively and helps teams navigate transformation, ambiguity, and evolving business requirements.
• Develops people through coaching, feedback, and talent planning.
• Communicates with clarity and impact, including with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Models accountability, ethics, and integrity in all aspects of financial leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance and accounting leader across SEF Americas.
• Act as a trusted business partner to operations leadership to shape decisions.
• Lead actuals, forecasts, budgets, and performance reviews with visibility to risks and actions.
• Drive cost, cash, and productivity across plants with site leaders on corrective actions.
• Translate plant performance data into actionable insights and business cases.
• Strengthen internal controls and SOX compliance across the plants.
• Lead and influence site Controllers and extended finance teams.
• Support capital prioritization and transformation initiatives.
• Promote best-practice sharing and standardization across sites.
• Build relationships with operations, supply chain, and corporate functions.
