Job summary
Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking a Financial Operations Expert to guide North American finance with ERP implementations, automation, and standardized processes. You will partner with Plant Controllers and regional finance teams to resolve complex issues and drive governance across manufacturing operations.
The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing finance, CPA/MBA preferred, and experience in ERP projects, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, costing, or financial operations.
- Experience leading ERP implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of inventory valuation, standard costing, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation and ERP implementations across North American manufacturing operations.
- Drive automation and digital finance initiatives to improve efficiency and controls.
- Provide technical leadership on complex manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, and reporting.
- Analyze KPIs and financial trends to drive operational improvements and governance.
- Develop and enhance reporting and analytics for leadership decision-making.
- Mentor Plant Controllers and regional finance teams to strengthen capability.
