Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for SEF Americas to lead financial stewardship across multiple sites as a remote employee in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• CPA or CMA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, including significant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations finance.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of JDE Edwards and Hyperion (HFM) preferred.
• Demonstrates an enterprise mindset and balances local site needs with broader business priorities.
• Leads change effectively and helps teams navigate transformation, ambiguity, and evolving business requirements.
• Develops people through coaching, feedback, and talent planning.
