Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, controlling, cost accounting, financial operations, or manufacturing accounting.
- Experience leading ERP implementations and finance transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation initiatives including ERP implementations, automation, and reporting enhancements.
- Provide technical leadership on manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, costing methodologies, and compliance.
- Develop and enhance reporting, analytics, and performance metrics for leadership decision-making.
