Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking a Financial Operations Expert to lead regional finance transformation for North America. The role partners with Plant Controllers, Regional Finance, and business leaders to resolve complex manufacturing finance issues and advance standardized processes.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing accounting, ERP implementations, and governance, with 8+ years of experience and CPA/CMA/MBA credentials. Remote work options apply in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• CPA/CMA/MBA or other professional certifications preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations, automation, digital finance solutions, process optimization, and reporting enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, and Corporate Accounting to improve financial processes, strengthen controls, and enhance performance.
• Provide technical leadership on manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, costing methods, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Analyze manufacturing performance and financial trends to develop recommendations for improved business results.
• Develop reporting, analytics, and performance metrics to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing finance processes through automation and standardization.
• Lead financial assessments related to new processes, systems, and initiatives, offering actionable recommendations.
• Provide mentoring to Plant Controllers and regional finance teams to strengthen capability.
• Promote continuous improvement and financial stewardship throughout NA finance.
