Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking a Financial Operations Expert to provide expert financial leadership across North American manufacturing operations. You will partner with plant controllers, regional finance, and business leaders to resolve complex issues, drive standardized processes, and advance finance transformation to improve operational performance.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing finance, ERP leadership, and strong analytical/communication skills, with remote work options

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting or financial operations.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing facilities and partnering with leadership.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and finance transformation initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of financial governance, internal controls and risk management.
• Proficiency with Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, AS400, Hyperion, Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives including ERP implementations and automation.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes and controls.
• Provide leadership on complex manufacturing accounting, costing, and reporting.
• Analyze performance metrics and financial trends to improve decision making.
• Develop reporting and analytics to enhance financial visibility for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through standardization and automation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to finance teams across facilities.
• Promote continuous improvement and strong financial governance.
